Sam sent me an e-mail today about Belbin’s team roles and the Ten faces of Innovation from IDEO. I had already seen the Ten faces of Innovation and choosen one for each of the members (I think we sent that to Corrine, by e-mail). But I was unfamiliar with the Belbin team roles (http://changingminds.org/explanations/preferences/belbin.htm)

Most of my answers are in line with Sam´s. But will Joe have the same perception of our team? =)
